Now KBC is bringing the WellFest Summer Tour 2019 to Cork for a wellness pop-up event in The Showgrounds, Curraheen on Saturday, July 6th, 2019.

The day (10am to 4pm) is designed to give guests a real taste of what WellFest is all about, leaving everyone feeling refreshed, inspired and uplifted afterwards.

The Cork line-up will feature Roz Purcell, Karl Henry, Derval O’Rourke, Tom Dalton, Milena Jaksic Byrne of Platinum Pilates, The Coaching Circle, Brian O’Loughlin of Movement 101 and Lee Tracey.

Tickets are only €20 (over 18s only, booking here) and include a mobility workshop, Bodyweight HIIT, a Pilates class, an interactive discussion on self-care, self-belief and resilience and a slow yoga flow and meditation class.

Not bad for a day’s work, right?
