This retro ’80s workout will have you sweatin’ to the oldies

There’s a charity fundraiser with a difference on the way to Cork… and it’s all in aid of a brilliant cause.
Retro Sweat is inviting fitness fanatics (and part-timers) to drop in to ACLAÍ Strength and Movement in the Crawford Business Park, Bishop Street this weekend for a calorie blasting workout Jane Fonda would be proud of.
With a live DJ churning out the 1980s choons, the aerobics based class is guaranteed to be the most satisfying way to torch a few calories while having an absolute blast.
Lycra is the fabric of the day so extra points if you dress for the occasion. It happens on Saturday, June 15th, 2019, 2pm – 3pm (check out the event page here).
The best bit? Retro Sweat is a fundraiser for the Palestine Community Gym project, with all funds going towards the building of a community gym for the people of the Aida Refugee Camp in Bethlehem.
