Cork Healthy Cities in partnership with Cork City Council, Cork GAA, and HSE Primary Care Psychology Services in Cork is launching ‘Cork Beats Stress’, a six-week programme designed to help locals of all ages and interests to relieve and reduce stress.
Led by professional psychologists, the workshop will show participants how to escape the day’s anxieties by using smart tactics that have been proven to be effective.
Cork Beats Stress will be launched on September 12th in Cork City Hall and everyone is welcome to attend.
