We have been dying to check out Cask bar in Cork, and hang out with Andy again since meeting at Crucible in London a few months ago.”

Cask recently won Best Cocktail Bar in Ireland for the second time in a row, adding to a trophy cabinet that already holds awards for Best Contemporary Bar and Best Overall Bar in Ireland.

“It’s great for Cask to have these amazing bars come to our city.” says Cask’s Andy Ferreira. “It’s an opportunity to learn from each other and show these guys how amazing Irish hospitality is. Cocktail bars are part of a global community that is really focused on sharing knowledge.”
