A sybaritic Sunday of slow food and coffee sipping awaits.

Decorated in their usual hand-drawn illustrations, the Crawford Café’s autumn brunch menu is on tables now and available to order between 8.30am and 4pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays.

And it’s utterly mouthwatering.

This weekend, we’ll be dragging ourselves out of bed and down to Emmet Place for roast tomatoes, hummus and spinach on toast and the Persian Plate (sheep feta cheese, yogurt, pomegranate and cucumber with flatbread).

A side of French Toast (eggy brioche, banana, Kanturk bacon, maple syrup) will probably be necessary too and if you’ve got larger appetite, you can chow down on a Sunday roast with all the trimmings.

Once you’re fully re-caffeinated, you can kick back with a mimosa or a glass of prosecco to continue the party into Sunday afternoon.
