There’s nothing like a salty breeze to keep you in the present.

Taking your yoga practice outside to make the most of the weather can add a little extra excitement to your routine.

This summer, yogis at the Sacred Body Studio in Cork are hosting a new weekly class on Fountainstown Beach, to help you relax and get all the benefits of that fresh sea air before, during, and after your stretch.

“Great news, in July and August, we have an extra class on the beach at Backstrand, Fountainstown,” said the studio on Instagram.

The extra class will take place at 10 am on both Saturday and Sunday and the studio has also teamed up with local mobile sauna Swede Sauna for a combo deal -yoga classes on their own cost €10 or you can opt for a sauna session after for just €20.
