Chelley O’Donovan of Willow Herb Healing is leading three sunrise yoga sessions where you can start the week with a stretch on the sand at Myrtleville Beach.

The Yin Yoga classes are suitable for all levels and take place on Mondays at 6.30am and 9.30am and on Tuesdays at 6.30am.
Each session focuses on relaxation and realignment, all set against a glorious seaside backdrop as the waves lap at the shore and the sun creeps above the horizon – heavenly.
As well as being great for your Instagram feed, studies show that exercising outdoors can activate the senses in a new way, waking up the part of the brain that makes us feel more present and ‘in the moment’.
The sand underfoot helps too; practising yoga on a slightly uneven surface helps to engage the core and strengthen muscles.
