Find your zen before the festive frenzy at this Christmassy candle-lit yoga night

‘Tis the season to find your inner peace.
As the Christmas whirlwind approaches, it’s time to press pause on the chaos and find your chill with a special Rituals for Christmas yoga event.
This little soirée is taking place on Saturday, December 9th at 6.30pm at the Collective Studio in the Triskel Art Centre on Tobin Street.
While Christmas is a time of joy and celebration, it can also bring stress and soaring expectations.
Thankfully, Kathryn Moynihan and Carmel Cronin, the brilliant minds behind Rituals for Christmas have our backs by providing a tranquil sanctuary in the midst of this bustling season.
Their event will feature an intimate candlelight practice focused on Christmas intention-setting meditation, breathwork, and a mindful fusion of vinyasa, yin yoga, and restorative yoga.

As an added touch of magic, attendees are invited to bring a small, meaningful item from their lives to contribute to a communal altar. This heartfelt gesture is meant to foster a collective intention of peace and calm.
Then after the tranquil practice, there’s a chance to bond with fellow yogis with a delightful spread of drinks and scrumptious Christmas treats.
Yoga props are provided but attendees can bring their own mat if they wish. The event is €40 and can be booked here.
Time to deck those halls with zen and serenity.
