Buddhist Monk Luang Phi John is coming to Ireland especially to host a series of workshops, one of which will take place in the Kane Building at UCC, College Road on Tuesday, November 13th.

LP John holds a PhD in Telematics and used to work as a developer before ordaining as a Theravada Buddhist monk, so he’s familiar with the pressures of a dynamic and highly demanding work and lifestyle.

The two-hour workshop on mindfulness and meditation (7pm to 9pm) will teach participants techniques on how to calm your mind and reduce anxiety and stress.
