Inside, the St Francis team will arrange a mouthwatering menu featuring bubbly focaccia and marinated olives with salted Valencia almonds to start, Sobhriste cheese from Lost Valley Dairy and honey or Wild Side Charcuterie, and Macorrom Buffalo Mozzarella with grilled purple sprouting broccoli and romesco sauce.

There’s a choice of mains too; Caherbeg braised beef cheek, pan-seared hake or grilled Garrynahinch Mushrooms, all served with coco bean sofrito, pangrattato, herbs and ailoli.
Their Happy Endings dessert – pistachio baklava and whipped cream, is the perfect end to the perfect meal.
