These ghost hunters will take you on a paranormal tour of an old Cork building

Listen up, ghostbusters.
This September, thrill seekers and fans of all things paranormal will head to Cobh’s Sirius Arts Centre (built in the 1850s to house the Cork sailing club) to see if they can’t uncover some spooky activity in the foundations of the building.
The Cobh Supernatural Investigators often come face to face with paranormal activity on the Great Island. According to them, their job is to prove (or disprove) the existence of unexplained phenomena by locating and recording signs of paranormal activity.
By employing a range of techniques and devices – including thermal imaging equipment, electromagnetic meters, temperature meters, and Geiger counters – they search for unexplained temperature changes, magnetic fields, and radiation, all of which are believed to be signs of paranormal activity.
On Friday, September 22nd they will once again descend into the bowls of the Sirius Arts Centre to conduct a night-time survey of the building, which is known to have a history of mysterious, unexplained occurrences.
Want to go with them? The Cobh Supernatural Investigators will carry out the paranormal tour as part of Culture Night 2023, and as such, the event is free of charge (but it might cost you your nerves).
