These cute Christmas cards are made in Cork using old coffee cups

Searching for a greeting card with eco credentials?
Vegan chef and food stylist Suzanna Melinn will be selling her selection of intricately hand drawn Christmas cards at the Sustainable Christmas Market in Nano Nagle Place this weekend.
The best bit? Every one of them is made from post-consumer waste.
Suzanna, who runs Banana Melon Kitchen, makes both her cards and envelopes from paper and card that used to be coffee cups or pizza boxes. She doesn’t use cellophane in their packaging either.
These gorgeous cards will be available for purchase all day at the Cork Zero Waste Sustainable Christmas Market at Nano Nagle Place on Douglas Street on Sunday, December 1st, 2019.
Drop by and bring a sweater for the Christmas Sweater Swap, then browse the stalls of handmade crafts and gifts and take part in a family-friendly up-cycled craft workshop with Cork Environmental Forum.
