The Gay Project is running a free weekly yoga class for men

This could be a win/win.
If you’re looking for a way to meet people while indulging in a little self-care once a week, Gay Project Ireland has just the thing.
The organisation is running a weekly Yoga for Men class at the South Parish Community Centre on Sawmill Street, Ballintemple on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm… and it’s completely free to join in.
The next class takes place on Tuesday, September 27th.
“Yoga offers flexibility, power, strength, calmness, and clarity. Whether you want to try something new or return to something you used to do, this is the class for you.” say the organisers.

“It’s also a great opportunity to make connections to yourself and to others. All variations of poses are offered for all levels.”
If you get there a little early you can grab a coffee and join the weekly Queer Vibes Social Café at the venue from 5pm.
Whether you’re a local, a blow-in, or totally new to the city, the café opens for all members of the LGBT+ community over 18 years of age, providing a place to meet new people and make new friends.
