It’s definitely beer garden weather.

And now we can finally enjoy it with a few scoops and a slice or two of Pompeii Pizza in one of Cork’s best alfresco spots; The Franciscan Well reopens tomorrow, Monday, July 20th for the first time since lockdown began way back in March.

The Fran Well team have been busy giving the North Mall bar and beer garden a colourful update, with newly spaced seating to ensure everyone can adhere to the Government’s social distancing guidelines.

A brand new Rory Gallagher mural featuring the Cork icon’s Check Shirt Wizard album ‘Live in 77’ is another new addition, taking over the entire wall by the entrance.
