McDonalds has made a major change to its burger recipe

McDonalds has removed all artificial preservatives from its burgers.
The global restaurant chain’s burgers and toppings will no longer contain any artificial flavouring or colouring.
In a statement about the decision, McDonald’s USA President Chris Kempczinski said the change demonstrates the company’s “committed journey to leading with the customer and building a better McDonald’s.”
You can now enjoy a slightly healthier version of McDonald’s classics such as the double cheeseburger, Quarter Pounder and Big Mac.
Chicken McNuggets have been preservative-free since 2016.
However, there is one burger addition you might want to skip if you want to avoid preservatives altogether; the McDonald’s pickle is still made using an artificial preservative.
