How about yoga, pilates and a sauna on the beach? It’s all happening at Inch

Bring a towel and a yoga mat.
There’s a full day of Food for the Soul chill-out activities happening on Inch Beach this Saturday, September 7th as part of fEast – the East Cork Food & Drink Festival.
Kicking off at 12pm, the Warming Wagon luxury beach sauna will be nice and toasty for anyone seeking a soothing sweat before a dip in the ocean. You can drop by for a session any time until 6pm (entry to the festival is free and individual events are pay-as-you-go).
Paschal de Connick will be leading a mindfulness how-to on the sand at 1pm, but if you’re looking to torch some calories and get your heart pumping, Midleton Fitness will be leading a beach fitness class from 12pm until 2pm.
It’s the perfect day for a picnic on the beach; there’ll be vegan food aplenty as well as fresh juices, wood fired pizzas and chocolate cake by Rostellan Chocolate.
There’s Pilates from 2pm until 3pm and Ubud Holistic’s Aisling Fraser will be offering 10 minute massages and reflexology in the afternoon.
Later you can try Chinese acupressure, Kundalini yoga and beach archery – all set to the sound track of the tide.
Sounds heavenly. Check out the Warming Wagon Facebook page for the full schedule.
