Get your ‘OM’ on with Pride Yoga on the Boardwalk
Lining up your plans for the bank holiday weekend?
With the Pride Parade kicking off at 1pm on Sunday, there’s plenty of time to fit in a spot of soothing al fresco fitness first.
Located beside Earth Café on South Mall, Yoga on the Boardwalk offers various styles of yoga each Sunday from local Cork teachers, all in aid of various charities.
This Sunday, the Alchemy School of Yoga will be hosting an inclusive yoga class for participants of all levels and experience to enjoy. The theme of the class will be ‘Satnam’, a process of connecting to your inner truth.

The best bit? All the proceeds will go to Cork Gay Project, which works to ensure that the Gay community is involved in social, economic, cultural, political and artistic life in Cork.
The class meets at Earth at 11am. Bring a mat and a donation.
