Get a primer on keeping your brain healthy as you age at this free UCC talk

Here’s a sensible way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
A panel of experts will be offering information and tips on how to keep your brain healthy as you age as part of an event organised as part of Cork Lifelong Learning Festival this Sunday, April 14th.
The event, which runs from 3pm until 4pm at University College Cork, will explore how brain health is “critical to our sense of wellbeing” as we get older.
The audience will learn about the latest scientific findings from neuroscience on how lifestyle changes can change the structure and function of the brain.
Another fascinating event as part of #Cork Lifelong @learning_fest.
