Fitness courses kicking off at Fota Island from next week, including yoga

Courses include yoga, pilates and aquafit.
If you’re looking to bring a little more exercise into your life this year, a new series of classes at Fota Island Resort might be the perfect way to get going.
In a tweet shared today, the resort announced: “Exciting fitness courses starting next week! We have Aquafit, Yoga and Pilates! The 6 week courses are an excellent way of incorporating exercise into your routine.” Spaces are limited, according to Fota Island Resort, so if you’re really interested you might want to get into gear.
Both members and non-members are welcome to take part in the classes.

Yoga classes will begin on Sunday, January 23rd at 11.15am, and the course will run for six weeks. Aquafit and Pilates will begin on January 19th, at 11am and 6pm respectively. If you’re up for it, you can enquire at 021 467 3131.
