Cork will be warmer than Lanzarote today, with temperatures of up to 16C

It looks like spring has finally arrived, with Met Éireann forecasting temperatures of up to 16C in some parts of Cork over the next two days.
While Tuesday’s weather brought a consistent 15C, it could be even warmer today, Wednesday, with mist and fog clearing ahead of a ‘mild and mainly dry with a fair amount of cloud and some bright or sunny spells’.
There may be a little drizzle along coasts, but overall, the national forecaster is predicting highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees with moderate breezes.
Tonight will be mild and mostly cloudy. It will be mainly dry, but there’ll be some patches of drizzle, mainly along coasts.
Lowest temperatures tonight will remain between seven and 10 degrees.
