It’s the perfect way to burn off some calories before your Mother’s Day lunch.
There’s a huge group workout happening at City Hall this Sunday, March 31st and with two sessions to choose from, there’s no excuse not to work up a sweat for a good cause.
The Lean With Leslie Mother’s Day Fundraiser, hosted by pro trainer Leslie Giltinan of ViPR & Tone Cork, will raise money for Enable Ireland.
Every €15 ticket sold helping to provide vital therapy and rehabilitation services to over 860 children in Cork.
The 45-minute full body workout is open to men and women (more than 400 people took part last year) and great, thumping tunes will make sure the session goes by in a flash.
There will also be spot prizes up for grabs on the day and you can catch your breath with coffee and refreshments afterwards.
