Lavender is a popular choice for aromatherapy and can be used in essential oil diffusers, bath products, or even as a room spray to improve sleep quality. You could also use your haul in your cooking and baking, infused in syrups, used as a seasoning for meats or roasted vegetables, or incorporated into desserts like lavender-infused cookies, cakes, and ice cream.
