Underwater hockey is a thing (and now you can learn how to play it in Cork)
Listen up, sporty types.
If your usual hobbies aren’t quite doing it for you anymore, a decidedly different sports team has put a call out for new members.
Cork Underwater Hockey Club is launching a new Beginners Programme starting on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022.
Running for six weeks in conjunction with Cork Sports Partnership, players will get a handle on snorkelling, puck handling and team play.

The sessions will run from 8pm until 8.40pm every Wednesday at Mayfield Sports Complex.
Interested in giving it a go? The cost of the course is €120 and includes a snorkel and mask (€90 for students) and you can register here.
