Join other creatives for a sauna day and lake swim (they carpool from Cork)

Craving an affordable escape from city life?
A Sunday afternoon of Immersion and Reflection could be just the thing.
On Sunday, July 6th, you can join the local group Collective Efforts at 3pm for a day of flitting between three saunas and plunging into a gorgeous lake at Ballyhass in Mallow. The best bit? They carpool from Cork City so if you don’t have a car you can figure out a spin.
Collective Efforts is a queer-led cooperative and creative project established with the intent of facilitating flow state experiences.

The group is about connection, fun and personal development through events taking place in the outside world – opportunities to get out of your head and into your body while rambling, hiking, relaxing and exploring with a fun gang of likeminded folk.
“Come along on an experiential adventure, a Sunday afternoon of immersion and reflection.” the organisers announced.
“Heat up in the sauna before immersing in an entire lake to wash away your troubles. Rinse, repeat. Feel very alive all of a sudden.
“Reflective journaling will be lightly guided, allowing time to deep dive into whatever arises from beneath the surface.”
Tickets are €22.42 over here. If you need a lift, after purchasing your ticket email sayhellotocollectiveefforts@gmail.com to join the 2pm carpool.
