If you’re waving goodbye to the thirties but feeling jittery about the next big milestone, there’s a laid-back meeting of like-minded ladies happening in the city this weekend.
As part of the inaugural Cork Podcast Festival, which gets underway in various venues across the city from Friday, October 11th to Sunday, October 13th, 2019. Brown Thomas will play host to the Bebelle live podcast over the weekend… and it’s especially for anyone experiencing the heebie-jeebies at ticking that ‘over 40’ box on their next survey.
Bebelle host Sian Horn, serial entrepreneur and body confidence advocate will be discussing the topic of ‘Turning 40 – Expectations Vs Reality’ at table Restaurant in Brown Thomas on Saturday, October 12th.
Her guests on the day will include Maeve Dennehy of Love Cherish Boutique, Fiona O’Donnell of West Cork Fit and Virginia Foley of UpSheRises.ie.
The panel will discuss their struggles and victories, getting older and everything in between – expect some home truths, funny tales and a good old laugh.
