Kate Cuddy Yoga is planning two retreats at the Inch Hideaway in East Cork.

The retreat dates are Friday, May 18th – Sunday, May 20th and Friday, August 30th – Sunday, September 2nd.

Participants can expect shared yurt accommodation, delicious food, surfing, meditation and, of course, lots of lovely yoga.

The cost is €240 which includes accommodation, food, surf hire and instruction and all yoga classes.

Other therapies (acupuncture, cranio sacral, massage) are available on request at an additional charge.
