This Women’s Winter Half-Day Retreat looks lush

Silly season is in full swing.
And while the beginning of Christmas might have you shallow breathing over ‘to-do’ and ‘to-buy’ lists, it’s important to remember that winter is historically a time of deep rest and going within.
While you may not be able to afford a whole month of hibernation, a Wild Belonging Workshop could be just the thing to send you into the festive season a more relaxed and ready version of yourself.
Led by psychologist, somatic psychotherapist, and yogi Emer Sheahan, it’s all happening at No. 4 Tuckey Street this Sunday, December 4th.
This half-day retreat promises to help participants unwind and create space to tend to the inner self. From 10 am -2 pm, you can treat yourself to a nourishing and restorative getaway that weaves together gentle yoga, somatic movement practices, meditation, ritual, and poetry.
And leave feeling a little more ready to face the madness.

“As nature continues to shed and retreat into the dark before new growth can occur, we too will invite the shedding of old patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve us, supporting our bodies to root into rest, while listening inside the stillness of the dark for the inner seeds that may want to be planted for the months ahead.” says Emer.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited, and tickets (€80) can be purchased onEmer’s website.
