This sea swimming and yoga retreat looks like it would sort you right out

As the saying goes, the cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea.
An upcoming retreat can tick at least two of those boxes for you this autumn, as the Rise & Swim crew host their first Rise Retreat in the East Cork countryside.
The Rise & Swim group (also known as the #BalticBeours) meet up on Cork beaches every week to blow off the cobwebs with a bracing dip in the sea.
The Rise Retreat will take place at Inch Hideaway Eco Glamping Site from September 20-22nd, 2019 with a weekend of reinvigorating and relaxing activities to enjoy in the great outdoors.
“When we started Rise & Swim, it was to connect with nature, the sea, meet some cool people and boost our sense of wellbeing.” say organisers Emer and Kitty.
“The Rise Retreat is a weekend to do exactly that. We have designed a weekend of our favourite things, we will plan everything, we just want you to come and enjoy it with us.”
You can expect a range of dynamic, yin and restorative yoga, mindfulness and meditation, sunrise swims at Inch Beach, sunset sauna courtesy of the Warming Wagon, woodfired pizza, camp fire and guitar sing songs as well as optional nature walks and time to explore.
