This Prosecco brunch in Kinsale sounds like heaven on Earth

Brought to you by the Blue Haven Collection.
Listen up, ladies.
If sipping on chilled bubbles by the seaside sounds like your idea of the perfect afternoon, cancel your plans for Sunday, May 26th, 2019.
The Festival of Prosecco is coming to Kinsale and The Blue Haven is throwing the dream bash to celebrate.
Bubble buddies will join Elena Brugnera of Perlage Winery for a delicious brunch, oodles of sweet treats, live music, and of course, Prosecco from 12.30pm on the day.
The best bit? All the fancy, fizzy fun is included for a bargain €25 per head (call 021 4772209 to book).
If you’d like to make a night of it (why not?) you can book a room directly on the Blue Haven Collection website here.
Perlage Winery were the first Prosecco producers to receive Organic Certification in 1981 and the first to receive Biodynamic Certification in 2005. In fact, their ‘Col di Manza’ is the only Biodynamic cru Prosecco in existence and Perlage now also produce certified vegan Prosecco and wines.
The Festival of Prosecco in association with Tindal Wine Merchants and The Metropole Hotel runs in various venues across Cork during the month of May.
We can taste the bubbles already…
