This might be the dirtiest burger ever invented – and you can only get it in Cork

They’re trying to entice us away from our healthy resolutions.
And it’s working.
A Cork burger joint has come up with a new creation so outrageously naughty that we’re cancelling our midweek PT sessions to go and try it out.
While most of us persevere through January sullenly munching on quinoa and protein bars, the Son of a Bun crew have been holed up in their MacCurtain Street kitchen, gleefully putting the finishing touches on The Chipper burger.
Behold the ingredients that make up The Chipper: One cheese and onion potato pie sandwiched between two 3oz patties both topped with cheddar cheese and curry sauce served with mushy peas and garlic mayo in a brioche bun.
Mother. Of. God.
Announcing the launch of the €11 burger (it’s available on the menu from today), Son of a Bun posted: “All your dreams have come true in one bite. The Chipper is Me Daza.”
Looks like the winners of Burger Fest 2018 are coming after this year’s trophy.
