You should be so lucky…
To coincide with her 52nd birthday on May 28th, pop icon Kylie Minogue has launched a signature French rosé… and it’s selling out all over Europe.
Apparently Ms Minogue is a big fan of rosé and she’s been working on her own blend for more than two years.
Hitting shelves all over Cork today, it sounds pretty tasty: “Kylie Minogue Rosé is an elegant, bespoke blend made from Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the sun-drenched southern French Coast.” say Benchmark Wines, who produced the wine with the Aussie singer.
“With a deliciously juicy and fresh first impression, the elegant blend features a beautifully pale pink shade with delicate, alluring aromas of fresh summer berries and white blossom, refined and refreshing on the palate with a fruity, crisp finish.”
If you want to team it with dinner, it’s recommended as an aperitif or a match with salt-baked cod, grilled fennel and fresh olives.
Even the long-neck curved bottle is super chic, with an engraved label featuring Kylie’s signature.
Barry & Fitzwilliam have announced they are the Irish distributors of Kylie Minogue Rosé and it’s now available in Ireland at Carry Out Off Licences.
At €12.99, it’s just the kind of bank holiday treat we’re looking forward to and you can order it online too here with free delivery.
Better buy two just in case.
