As the sun begins to shine brighter and the days get longer, nothing says ‘summer is here’ more than the unmistakable scent of a sizzling barbecue. And Connolly’s of Leap is bringing the sauce.
The iconic West Cork music venue has expanded its food offering in recent years and recently ventured into the world of pop-ups.
On the back of a successful Mexican food showdown, this Friday, May 19th the venue is hosting a Texas BBQ with a set menu, accompanied by the melodies of Australian artists Georgia Mooney.
“We are back in action with another pop-up night, we had so much fun with the Mexican night that we are doing another runaround, this time with the lone star state. It’s time to get smokey! Going full BBQ,” said owner Sam on Instagram.
