This is the walking tour EVERY foodie should do before summer ends

Now this is our kind of weekend stroll.
Every Friday at 11am, an excited group of hungry gourmands gather in Clonakilty and set off on a tour of the town’s best food stops.
The Clonakilty Walking Food Tour is hosted by Flavour.ie throughout the summer months, with food writer Kate Ryan at the helm, introducing her gang to food producers specialising in meat, cheese, ice cream, beer, chocolate and bread, with nibbles along the way.
Yum.
The tour offers plenty of time to taste, ask questions, pry some recipes out of the experts and pick up some goodies for your own pantry at home.
It also takes in the Clonakilty Farmers’ Market, with plenty of story, history and traditions along the way.
The meeting spot is Arís Cafe and Wine Bar on Asna Square, Clonakilty and tickets for the four-hour tour are €45 per person here and include all tastings.
