This fun mixer is strictly for South Mall workers

There’s only one rule: you must work on Cork’s fanciest street to attend.
The inaugural South Mall Mixer will take place on the longest day of the year, June 21st, 2019 with three venues hosting the Mall’s hard working business folk for an evening of food, drinks and chat.

The fun will begin at Republic of Work, where party-goers will enjoy Graham Norton Irish Gin and a selection of amuse bouches in the facility’s recently renovated event space.
From there, the party moves to Cork’s newest hotel, the Maldron on South Mall for beer and a selection of starters from the hotel’s popular sharing boards.
The final stop will be Electric Bar and Restaurant for cocktails, beef sliders and chicken goujons from Electric’s famous platters.
“This came about as an idea to bring people who work on South Mall together for a social event, away from the office.” says Frank Brennan, general manager at Republic of Work.
“We pass each other on the street every day, but modern life means very few have the time to have a good old fashioned chat. Each of the supporting venues shares public space, and we hope that everyone who takes part will meet friends, make new ones and celebrate the longest day in good company.”
Tickets for the South Mall Mixer are free of charge here. They are limited to 120 so book fast if you want to go along.
