This fake Nike ad perfectly encapsulates how we feel about leggings

You’re probably wearing them right now.
Some time in recent history, leggings wangled their way out of the gym or dance studio and into our everyday wardrobes.
Soon they began replacing pants for a nip to the shop.
Then the heavy, rough feel of denim felt too un-comfy and we started wearing leggings instead of jeans too.
Now we proudly rock our ‘active wear’ just about everywhere we feel we can get way with it.
The women of Saturday Night Live captured our deep appreciation for the stretchiest piece of clothing in our collection in this hilarious parody.
The fake ad is for Nike Pro-Chiller Leggings, “designed for endurance, but used mostly for sitting on the couch.”
Yeah, that’s all of our leggings then.
