This cute Pop-Up Cocktail Shop is back at Lancaster Quay

By Christina Collins February 12, 2022February 12, 2022

A good cocktail takes a lot of skill.

And try as we might, we always find it difficult to make even a decent one at home. We barely have enough time in the week to go food shopping, let alone find all the dashes of this or that that go into designing a fancy drink.

Ideally, we just want to kick our feet up and have a boozy night-in with friends.

So that’s why we’re delighted to see that the Foxglove Cocktail Company is back in ‘The Fox’s Den’ on Lancaster Quay, serving up some absolutely sumptuous cocktail mixes.

They have an array of super fancy concoctions to choose from, such as Vanilla & Passionfruit, Blackberry & Ginger and of course a fan favourite: Vanilla & Espresso- a must-try for espresso martini lovers.

They even have selections for your favourite type of spirits such as The Gin Box, The Whiskey Box and The Bubbles Box, carefully made from their kitchen in Baltimore with local products -which are gluten and dairy-free might we add.

All you have to do is add the booze.
