Singalong Bottomless Brunch is here to bring some sunshine to your Saturday
There are two kinds of Saturdays….
The ones where you swear you’re “just having a quiet one,” and the ones that accidentally turn into a whole thing. If you’re in Cork on Saturday, April 25th, this one is very much inviting itself into the second category.
Enter: Singalong Bottomless Brunch at Sky Bar on 32 Marlboro Street—aka a venue that already understands the assignment when it comes to views, vibes, and a little light indulgence.
The premise is simple. You show up. You eat brunch. You enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco. You sing along to the hits with your oldest mates and probably a whole bunch of new ones.
Hosting duties are in the very capable hands of Caroline Bailey and Dave Daly, who are there to keep things moving, keep the energy up, and gently encourage even the most brunch-shy attendee to belt out a chorus or two. This is not a rushed, in-and-out brunch situation. It runs from 1pm to 4pm so only make plans that involve zero responsibility for the rest of the day. It’s the kind of event that works equally well as a birthday warm-up, a group catch-up that doesn’t require shouting over nightclub bass, or a “we deserve this” outing that requires no further justification.
