“Our little boat hut is the perfect place to take a breath from the hustle and bustle of busy life.” says host, Kerri.
Perched on a cliff overlooking Youghal Bay, Ardmore Head, and Capel Island, this cute hideaway is situated within the garden of Kerri’s family home.
You can survey the rolling sea from the king-size bed as you sip your coffee during a morning lie-in, and you can even order breakfast and cocktail baskets to enjoy during your stay so there’s no need to stop at the supermarket en route.
A barbecue is set up outside for dining alfresco or toasting marshmallows after the sun goes down.

“The garden is a shared space for guests and family, however, you have your own seating area and deck to enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean,” says Kerri.
“Outside the Boat Hut, you have your own toilet, outdoor seating area, and hot tub. Blankets and deck chairs are also provided for star gazing at night.”

A two-minute stroll from the beach, the hut is perfectly located for a quick dip or a stroll along the cliffs to blow off the cobwebs in the morning too.
