That’s why an upcoming cookery class piqued our interest and set our tummies rumbling.

The Food Remedy will host a ‘Sensational Summer Salads’ workshop at Cookery Cottage, South Douglas Road, Cork on June 27th, 2018.

Participants will learn how to whip up deliciously nourishing dinner ideas that can be made to enjoy midweek or to feed a crowd of your mates in the back garden.

Make enough and you can even pop the leftovers in a lunch box for work.

The recipes will involve ‘seasonal leaves, roots, fruits, nuts and seeds’, with dressings and sauces to make each salad into a tasty, filling meal.
