If you’re after something fabulous to celebrate the return of normal life, one city restaurant is pulling out all the stops to make your meal as magical as possible.
A take on the traditional Louisiana fish sandwich the po’boy, 51 Cornmarket just unveiled the ‘Pollocks Boi’, a new addition to their brunch and lunch menu on the Coal Quay.
A crisp bread roll artfully stuffed with golden-fried pollock, decorated with tartare mayonnaise and perfectly placed peas, it’s a far cry from the rustic New Orleans original, but far more Instagrammable, if you ask us.
