These celebrated Cork chefs are cooking up a ‘wild and wonderful’ menu together

The West is awake.
And if you’re on the hunt for exciting food and some of the best local ingredients to be found anywhere in Ireland, book a room near Ballydehob later this month.
Two well-known chefs are putting their heads together to conjure up a unique menu set to be served for one night only at Mosaic, Ballydehob.
The ‘Wild West’ evening will see chef Davitt host guest chef Seamus O’Connell of Malarkey (Killarney) and the Ivory Tower (Cork), at Mosaic for a collaborative tasting menu.

“The multi-course tasting menu features all the wild ingredients the Irish countryside has to offer,” they told us.
“It will be a wild night of music, cocktails, and food. The evening will be a progression, starting with cocktails and music in the bar and moving into the dining room for the main event.”
The dinner will take place on Saturday, October 15th with seats, including dinner and a cocktail, available now (€75pp) at MosaicBallydehob.com/book (select October 15th on the Resdiary) or by email mosaic@chefdavitt.com.
