These are the new ‘Kiss & Fly’ rules for Cork Airport drop-offs

Dropping someone to the airport this weekend?
Cork Airport has introduced some new rules for motorists and passengers as they plan for a healthy eight per cent boost in traffic at Ireland’s fastest growing transport hub.
The new Set Down Lane started operating at 9am this morning, Thursday, March 21st, with new charges in place for those who linger a little too long.
Departing guests can enjoy 15 minutes free to “Kiss and Fly” and a further 15 minutes free-of-charge in the car parks. That’s 30 minutes in which to unload your luggage and say your goodbyes on the forecourt.
The next 16-20 minutes will be charged at €3, with increasing rates applying the longer you stay in the set down area.
The rates are as follows:
Our advice? Say your goodbyes at home, check in early and hit the duty free.
