It Takes A Village just announced a new ticket option for this year’s festival

Brought to you by It Takes A Village.
If you like to party as a couple or a trouple, It Takes A Village has some excellent news for you today.
The Trabolgan music festival just released a limited number of double, twin and triple rooms in shared houses, so you don’t need to book the entire house to go along.
With Gilles Peterson, Kojaque, Herbert, Sister Nancy and Le Boom already confirmed to headline, ITAV19 is shaping up to be the first proper shindig of the summer in East Cork.
And what a setting in which to let your hair down; the rolling Atlantic offers the perfect backdrop to an idyllic weekend in Whitegate from Friday, May 10th to Sunday, May 12th, 2019.
With three main stages and various pop-up gigs happening across the 121 acre site, ITAV is also home to an annual adults-only pool party (complete with wave machine, beach balls and DJ), go-karts, an arcade, bowling and zip lining.
All this with hot showers and a kip in a cosy bed before you do it all again? In short, it’ll be the absolute craic and you’ll be crippled with FOMO if you skip it.
Itching to start planning your weekend?
The price for shared rooms is €249 per person, which includes three nights accommodation and your festival tickets. Move quickly though; they go on sale tomorrow (Friday, March 22nd) at 9am here.
WEEKEND HOUSE TICKETS
Heading to ITAV as part of a larger group? A limited number of houses are still available from €259pps. Get the gang back together and check out options for groups of between five and nine people here.
CAMPER VAN TICKETS
If you’re lucky enough to be in possession of a camper van (or able to borrow one for the weekend) Camper Van Tickets are available from a bargain €169 per person for three nights. Book your site here.
SUNDAY DAY TICKETS
It Takes A Village is a residents only affair so there are no weekend tickets without accommodation. Sunday tickets are available (€55 here, over 21s only, 10am to 3am) and a bus leaves from the Patrick’s Quay Air Coach stop in the City Centre if you fancy popping down for the day (€8 each way).
BOAT PARTY
This year there’s also a boat party planned as part of the shenanigans. Guests will be whisked off on a cruise around Cork harbour with special guest DJs playing the hits as everyone kicks back and enjoys the views.
Bon Voyage (Los Angeles’ Shamon Cassette & DJ Arveene) and Nialler9 will captain the desks aboard the boat and discounted tickets (€20) are available to ITAV residents with a complimentary bus to and from Trabolgan. This event is also open to the public (tickets €25 including booking fees here).
