These are the details for Cork’s BIGGEST food tour

It’s a day-long celebration of glorious gluttony.
Details of the Cork Gourmet Trail have been announced, with this year’s event taking place on Saturday, September 21st, 2019.
Ticket holders will kick off proceedings at noon with a drinks reception at the four star Metropole Hotel on MacCurtain Street.
There’s a seafaring theme this year, so keep that in mind if you want to take home the prize for best hat.
From there, a culinary tour of Cork begins, taking in The Met, Cask, Dwyers of Cork, Greenes, The Oyster Tavern, Electric, Soho, Tequila Jacks, The New Yorker Bar & Bistro, Olivo at the Cork Airport Hotel, the Cornstore, Gallaghers, the Bodega and Arthur Maynes.
The group will eat their way around Cork until 5.30pm when they’ll return to the Metropole Hotel for goody bags and the Gourmet Trail after party.
Tickets for the Gourmet Trail, part of the Murphy’s Cork Oyster and Seafood Festival, are €75 per person and available here.
