There’s a Toy Show Viewing Party happening at this Cork spot (with wine-to-couch service)
Toy Show tickets are like gold dust.
And there’s nothing we’d love more than to be part of the audience for the iconic show.
This year, however, the folks over at the Marina Market are hosting the next best thing: a live viewing to give Leesiders the chance to catch Tubridy and guests on a big screen in the company of other Toy Show fanatics, complete with entertainment, treats and spot prizes.
With sofas to lounge out in and watch the show on the big screen, each viewer will get a welcome drink or hot chocolate on entry and sit back while the good people of Charcu (who sell charcuterie, meat and cheese boards as well as wine and craft beer) deliver “couch service” throughout the night.
What’s more, well-trained doggos are also welcome to be part of the audience, provided they behave, meaning the entire family gets to come along.
As it can get very cold in the market, there’s a BYOB policy in place (bring your own blanket). Warm clothes are recommended as well as a pillow or blanket.
