It’s a fast way to shake off the cobwebs.

Here are the opening times for Cork’s Beach Saunas over the Christmas period:
1. Wild Wellness Collective
This sauna is perched along Garretstown Beach and if you fancy a bit of hot n’ cold treatment before New Year’s, you can book a session from Monday, December 26th- Saturday, January 1st at various times. To book visit their website here.

2. My Hot Spot
My Hot Spot sauna is located in Youghal and is open on Monday, 26th from 10am-1pm, Saturday 31st from 10am-1pm and New Year’s Day from 10am-1pm. Check out their website for more info.

3. The Sauna Snugg
The Sauna Snugg at Garrylucass beach will be open on December 26th and New Year’s Day
from 8am-12pm and sessions can be booked through their website here.

4. The Balmy Barrel
The Balmy Barrel is popping up at the Broad Strand in Courtmac on the 28th, and in the Red Strand, Ardfield on Monday, December 26th, Thursday, December 29th as well as January 1st- 2nd. Simply message the sauna on WhatsApp 085 1013648 to book a slot.
