There’s a donation-based yoga class happening in the gorgeous garden of Toons Bridge Dairy

There’s no better way to get some fresh air.
Toons Bridge Dairy in Macroom is hosting a special donation-based yoga class set against the backdrop of its serene Zen Garden.
Nestled in the heart of nature, this event promises a unique opportunity to find inner peace (or whatever you’re having yourself) while contributing to a meaningful cause.
On Sunday, October 1st, from 10am-11.30am, yoga fans of all abilities will gather at the venue for a class in aid of Eat Breathe Thrive, a non-profit organisation that aims to promote yoga in the prevention of and recovery from eating disorders.

With the gentle sounds of nature as a backdrop, participants can expect a rejuvenating experience that revitalises mind, body, and soul – plus it’s the ideal spot to grab a delicious lunch afterwards.
“Every dollar you raise will go directly toward helping us support someone with an eating disorder,” said Connie-Jane Lovell, who will be leading the group.
“Your efforts make it possible for us to provide courses free of charge, help severely ill students access treatment, and conduct research on the benefits of yoga in eating disorder recovery.”
The suggested donation is €10-€15 on the day and you can text 087 131 3005 to register.
