We all love a full Irish.

But with a minimum of five different ingredients, Ireland’s most prized dish has not been the most portable of meals.

Now a Cork food truck has come up with a way to arrange all the goodies inside a handy cardboard box so you can take it with you back to work or find a table to devour it al fresco in the sunshine.

The Crafted Sausage at the Marina Market offers a tantalising variety of gourmet sausage boxes, from a curry box to a beef taco sausage box, but it’s their all-day breakfast menu that attracts everyone from the hungry to the hungover.

Their €12 Breakfast Box involves freshly sizzled sausages, fried baby potatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and the essential black pudding – all topped off with a perfectly fried egg.

This is not a dish for those who don’t appreciate their baked beans touching other items on the plate, but if, like us, you prefer a big heaping mash-up of a full Irish, this thing is the absolute business.

They also do a mean Gourmet Breakfast Bap, which is one of their most popular menu items.
