If you’ve never tasted a panuozzo, please hit this pizzeria for brunch immediately

Bored of eggs Benny?
It’s been a while since anyone brought us a brand-new brunch dish in Cork, but the pie-slingers over at Oak Fire Pizza are tempting us in the door midweek for their latest little invention.
The new Oak Fire Brunch Panuozzo has arrived and this thing is molto delizioso.
A close cousin to pizza, the panuozzo boasts a pillowy-soft dough, stuffed with delectable fillings and wood-fired to perfection.
The Oak Fire Brunch involves Clonakilty Blackpudding, Ballymaloe Relish, pancetta, and Italian sausage, but despite the epic filling, they claim to have found a way to ensure it won’t make you fall asleep at your desk for the afternoon:
“Our Panuozzos (A.K.A Italian sandwich) are freshly made to order using our own handmade dough which has been proved for 72 hours.” the Oak Fire crew told us.

“This makes our dough super light and easy to digest so you can enjoy the rest of your day without the bloat.”
I mean. it doesn’t get more thoughtful than that, does it?
