Mallow’s sell-out Outdoor Cinema is back and tickets go on sale this Friday

Nobody puts Baby in the corner.
Cult classic Dirty Dancing is the star of the show for the eagerly anticipated outdoor cinema night at Mallow Castle, which returns for Culture Night on September 22nd.
If you fancy a night of absolute belters, stellar dance moves, and of course, gravity-defying lifts the free tickets go on sale this Friday, September 15th from 8am. But be sure to quickstep it over; last year’s tickets disappeared in under 10 minutes.
The annual event is wheelchair accessible and run by Keith Woodgate, under the Songs from the Blackwater festival banner, as part of Culture Night 2023 in conjunction with the Arts Council and Cork County Council.
Expect an electric atmosphere from the 1,200-strong audience, with live music before the film and plenty of food and refreshments options. Gates open at 6.45pm so wrap up warm; you can bring your own blanket or camping chair.
You can nab a free ticket here when sales open on Friday.
